What is a Trivia Night?

A trivia or a quiz night is an event where teams of participants attempt to answer a collection of interesting, yet often tricky questions asked by the host of the event. The event is staged in 4 rounds with prizes or prise given to the winners of each round and then to the overall winner of the night. Trivia audiences usually range in size from 50-200 and numbers can grow even more substantially for gala events. The events are fun and rewarding as teams compete to remember capital cities, movie lines, sporting trivia and much, much more.

How much does a Trivia Night cost to run?

Our event trivia packages are $250. This price also includes the host. All you need to provide is any prizes you might want to give away. Many pubs/clubs use food or drink vouchers as well as any promo items they may have from their suppliers.

How can I raise funds with a Trivia Night?

Raising funds with a trivia night is easy. Entrants are charged admission to the event, this price is set by you (depending on your audience and target, entry normally ranges from $5-$20).The total you raise depends on how many people you then invite to these very popular events. Additionally, given your captive audience, you can supplement your takings with food and beverage sales as well as with auctions, raffles, etc.
